I try to take high quality pictures and show or
describe any relevant, imperfections, etc.
There are times when I may neglect to show or
describe something, but it is unintentional.
under no circumstances will i ever intentionally
hide anything from view or the description.
All my close up pics are taken on high
resolution and use professional lighting.
I use several 250 watt daylight balanced lights
for lighting to try to ensure true colors are
represented. |

Everything sold by MPK Enterprises is guaranteed to be
100% AUTHENTIC
and legally obtained unless specifically
stated that it has restoration, or is a rechip or modern point
in our Reproduction section. I offer a 14
day return policy on all items for any reason. If I have
misrepresented an item in any way, I will also refund all
shipping charges both ways even to include the stamp that
payment was mailed with. Misrepresentation includes the picture
or description not showing something you may have a problem with
and is not limited to authenticity alone. In the event that an
artifact is turned down by one of the authenticators I guarantee
relics with, I will also refund their authentication fee, up to $25.00, along with the initial
shipping cost as well as return shipping in addition to the
purchase price. In the event that shipping charges are
refunded, they will be at the rate of $5.00 each way, which is
what my own shipping charges are. |

I must be contacted within 14 days of your receipt of the item
for there to be a return. Extra time will be allowed for
authentication. If you would like to have your item
authenticated, please let me know within the 14 day period and
the 14 day return policy will be extended to allow time for
authentication. Items must be returned in the same condition as
sent. I do accept pieces back after being soaked in mineral oil
or after being lightly washed in warm water with mild soap.
Scrubbing or using acetone on many relics can be harmful and
remove good age in some cases, or even be harmful to the
material itself from certain areas and will not be accepted if we feel the artifact
has been altered or damaged. |

We are now offering certificates on items we sell that are in
areas where we feel we are more than adequately knowledgeable in
from our years of experience due to a high amount of requests
for them from us. Some items may have them already at
times, but may be obtained upon request as well. Please
see the link below for more details if interested in a
certificate from us which will have a nominal fee of $10 in most
cases, and on many higher cost items there would be no charge,
as it is being offered as more of a courtesy to our customers
and friends than trying to make money off of them.

Above you will find information on
some authenticators that I guarantee artifacts with. I have revised
this from previous guarantees as I feel there are just far to
many "fly by night" authenticators popping up all over and many
do not have the experience that we feel is necessary to
adequately judge relics. As well, there are some others that
are more well known that are not listed. I feel some have lost
their edge to some degree, some are just not very honest, or
there are just better options available. there are also
some not listed that may very well be accepted for relics from
certain areas of the country where they have more experience in. Also, there are some
that I just don't know a lot about or have first hand experience
with. I guarantee all "Deep South" relics (Florida,
Georgia) to authenticate with Carlos Tatum. I do not include
the others in this category due to the fact that I feel they are
not nearly as experienced in this area. At times I may
allow some other authenticators for this area, but under those
circumstances they are usually just the so called "No Brainer"
relics in my opinion, as most just do not have the experience
that Carlos does. For other items not
from the "Deep South", I will guarantee them to authenticate
with John Berner or Tom Davis. This is the main area where
some other authenticators opinions may be accepted as well, but
will also depend on the situation and whom the authenticator is. Specifically
regarding slate I honor opinions from John Berner primarily, and
will usually honor opinions from Tom Davis as well. Slate is
another area I feel that many others are just not as good in.
For Texas artifacts I will also accept opinions from Dwain
Rogers. There are also some other areas that I may accept
Dwain's opinion from as I am finding out more and more that he
is also doing a good job outside his region, but please check
first to see if it will apply, as I do personally feel some
authenticators have gotten too far from their area of experience
and have seen many bad mistakes made as well. If you have any other
preferences that I have not mentioned, please contact me about
it first as I may or may not guarantee items with others that
were not mentioned and it can be discussed or I can give more
detail as to why I have made the choices that I did.
There are good authenticators out there as well as bad
ones. As well, I'm sure each of us may have our own personal
preferences. In any case, feel free to contact me if there are
any questions or concerns, as things may very well be negotiable
at times as well.
There are other authenticators we may honor opinions from depending on
the item, where it is from, and if we feel that authenticator is
a good candidate for that item and not out of their area of
experience and knowledge. Please inquire about anyone not
listed that you may be interested in using to ensure it applies
to our guarantee beyond the 14 days. |
