Payment Methods |
After it has been verified
that the item is still available and that you would like to
purchase it, mail in payments can be made out to Kilander Relics
or to Aaron Kilander and sent
to the address below.

I accept checks, money orders, or payments
through PayPal. Payment must be received within 10
business days or the item may no longer be held unless other
arrangements have been made. Personal checks may require 10
business days to clear.
If paying
by PayPal,
Aaron@KilanderRelics.com will be the e-mail address
used. We ship to the address verified by PayPal.
Unfortunately there are those that like to try and pull scams by
having items sent to a different address, then attempt to get a
refund through PayPal for the item never showing as being sent.

Payment Plans |
Payments plans
may be available. A 20% deposit is required within two weeks and
regular monthly payments must be made on time. The monthly
payment amount is to be determined at the time of purchase in
which myself and the buyer will agree upon. In the event of the
failure to make the regular monthly payments, or not complete
the transaction as agreed upon, the 20% deposit will be
forfeited by the buyer. All other payments will be refunded to
the buyer if that were to happen. These policies will be
strictly adhered too without exception due to the vast number of
people who do not complete transactions, not make regular
payments, etc. This in turn has cost us time and money which we
will no longer be willing to unnecessarily incur. Our guarantee
still applies to these items and the 20% deposit would not be
retained in the event of a return of the item. |

Shipping |
Shipping and handling on most
items is $5.00 (in US) per order, regardless of the quantity
ordered, and needs to be included when payment is made.
Shipping and handling for numerous would be a single $5.00
charge, and not $5.00 for each item. There may be some large or
heavy items that are more from time to time, but it will also
state that in the item description. All items are sent by means
of priority mail in the US. Items will not be sent to the
respected buyer until all payments are made in full. Items in a
group purchase will not be sent separately when using the
payment plan option, and will only be sent as the entire group
once full payment is received. Please allow two weeks for
shipping once payment has been received. |

Insurance
|
Insurance is an additional
cost to the shipping and handling charge, and is at buyers
request only. Kilander Relics will not be held responsible for
uninsured items. If the value of the item is high enough and
insurance is requested, registered mail may be used in addition
to priority mail instead of just insuring the package.
Registered mail may be cheaper when insuring some higher valued
items, and extra care is used while handling these packages as
well. The fees for insuring items is as follows (below)
according to the value. These fees are in addition to shipping
and handling and must be included with payment. |
